
3D-MaGic Extension for Unity (vAlpha)
About
3D-MaGic is a map generator based on a modular component Wave Function Collapse generation algorithm. The map generator can save and load maps and has a custom ruleset scripts able to perform simple rules on your maps pre-gen.
If you want a full breakdown on how it works I plan to post a YouTube follow up about it in the future detailing important information about its functionality, current limitations and plans for the future. A demo of it should be on the way with the ability to demo on itch.io.

What you will get in this package is:
- 3D-MaGic code files in their entirety
1x User Guide(This is in the works)- 1x Premade Map set using assets from Kenney (check them out - here)
- Freedom to generate modular style maps to your hearts content (or until your computer catches fire), and
- The ability to use this in an games or creations you make, you can reference me if you desire but it is unrequired.
Installation Instructions
Import the entirety of the package, create some map assets and go ham... I mean also read the guide if you want...
Notice
This package relies on:
- The Newtonsoft.NET Json package for saving maps and certain package efficiencies.

Install instructions
To get started after installing the package, you can open the Demo scene provided. Then navigate to the Prefab in the Hierarchy named "Generator", this is where you can start generating maps. To use the provided assets, lock the "Generator". Then drag in the provided ModularMapCellComponents within 3D-MaGic Tools > Resources > CellsComponents > Castle, into Cell Components list within Generator.
Now just press Generate and you are off!! :D
